SALTY Health is a Danish company that makes sugar-free electrolytes for adults who take electrolytes every day. No artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavours, packed in biophotonic glass and made in Denmark.

Salty Monthly, the subscription

You buy the jar once. After that you receive refills, so you top up the same jar instead of getting a new one every month. DKK 330 per delivery against DKK 390 for a one-time purchase, with free delivery. Choose every month or every second month, and skip a delivery, move it, switch flavour or cancel from your account. No minimum term and no notice period.

SALTY Gift Card

A digital gift card of DKK 330 that covers the first month of a Salty Monthly subscription. Sent by email, no expiry date, and the recipient can cancel after the first delivery.

What makes SALTY different

Sugar-free, and no artificial sweeteners

The taste comes from 900 mg glycine, an amino acid that is already an active ingredient in the formula, and from sweetener (steviol glycosides). No sucralose, no acesulfame K, no aspartame. SALTY is sugar-free. The glycine was going into the jar anyway, so it does two jobs at once: it is an active ingredient, and it makes the taste mild.

Five actives, every one declared in milligrams

Sodium 771 mg, potassium 360 mg, magnesium 225 mg, glycine 900 mg and zinc 9 mg per 7.7 g serving, plus 1,568 mg chloride. No hidden blend and no undisclosed ratio between the minerals. The full ingredient list is eight items: Himalayan salt, magnesium bisglycinate, natural fruit flavour, citric acid, glycine, potassium chloride, zinc bisglycinate, sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Buy the jar once, then get refills

The jar is not packaging you throw away. It stays on the counter and gets topped up. The subscription sends refills for the jar you already have, instead of a new jar every month.

Magnesium and zinc as bisglycinate

Both minerals are supplied as bisglycinate, and the form is printed on the label so you can check it.

A founder answers your email

Biophotonic glass, not plastic

Every jar is biophotonic glass from Miron in the Netherlands. It blocks visible light, and the powder is never in contact with plastic. It costs more than a plastic tub.

How SALTY started

Salty Health ApS was registered on 3 April 2025 in Copenhagen, with the sale of electrolytes as its stated purpose. The name is a double joke: the mineral, and a founder with a taste for sarcasm. The company runs with a small team and a three-person board.

Getting in touch

Email hello@salty.health or use the contact form. That inbox is the single channel for orders, subscriptions, ingredient questions and returns, it is read by one of the founders, and you normally get an answer within hours.

Ordering and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days as a rule. Expected delivery is 1 to 3 business days in Denmark, 3 to 7 business days in EU and EEA countries and 5 to 10 business days in the rest of Europe. Everything ships from Denmark, and you get a tracking link by email when the order leaves.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship free. Free shipping also applies in selected countries: Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Sweden. For one-time orders elsewhere, shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. SALTY does not ship outside Europe.

Managing your subscription

Choose Salty Monthly at checkout and pick delivery every month or every second month. From your account you can skip a delivery, move it, switch between Lemon and Peach at no cost, change the interval or cancel. No minimum term, no notice period, and a confirmation email after every change.

Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@salty.health to start it. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons SALTY cannot take back an opened jar or one with a broken seal, and sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. You pay return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged or wrong, in which case SALTY pays. Returns go to Salty Health c/o Shipshark, Haraldsvej 66, Hal D, 8960 Randers SØ, Denmark.

What is in one serving?

One 7.7 g serving of the jar contains 771 mg sodium from Himalayan salt, 360 mg potassium, 225 mg magnesium, 9 mg zinc, 900 mg glycine and 1,568 mg chloride. That makes it high in magnesium, high in sodium and high in zinc.

How do I take it?

Stir one large teaspoon (7.7 g) into 250 ml of water and mix well. Powder first, then water.

How many servings do I get?

31 in the 240 g jar, which is a month at one a day. 15 in the sachet box. 9 in Travel SALTY.

Sachets or jar?

It is the same powder. The jar is the everyday format and the only one available on subscription. The sachet box is for travelling, the office, or trying SALTY first.

Lemon or Peach?

The same formula in both. Peach was added in 2026. On a subscription you can switch between them at no cost from one delivery to the next.

What is the difference between a jar and a refill?

You buy the jar once. After that the subscription sends refills, which you pour into the same jar. The refill is not sold separately; it comes with the subscription.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, at any time, with no notice period and no minimum number of deliveries. You can also skip a single delivery or switch to every second month instead of cancelling.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from receiving the order to withdraw without giving a reason, as long as the jar is unopened with the seal intact. Email hello@salty.health and SALTY will send instructions. You pay return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.

Who should not take SALTY?

Pregnant women, children under 11 and anyone with a medical condition should only use SALTY after speaking with a doctor or health visitor. If you have kidney disease or high blood pressure, or take diuretics, talk to your doctor before daily use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Where is it made?

SALTY is developed in Denmark and made in Denmark. The glass comes from Miron in the Netherlands.
