Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and wider Europe.

We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

To check whether we ship to your country, and what shipping options are available, simply proceed to checkout. Shipping availability and prices will be displayed automatically based on your delivery address. If there is no shipping option available, it means we cannot ship to either that location or you exceeded the weight limit for your destination.

For some countries and regions we offer home delivery, delivery to a package shop, or both. We can't guarantee that all options are available at all times.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to selected countries or for selected products. Where shipping fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected destination and weight and discounts are applied at checkout.

 

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note that during peak times or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • Most EU / EEA countries: 2–5 business days
  • Longer delivery times possible for e.g. Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or customs processing in your country.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Depending on your destination country, customs fees, import taxes, or other duties may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or through your local customs authority.

Salty Health is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at hello@salty.health.


Shipping Issues & Returns

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@salty.health and we will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
