Currently Salty Health electrolytes are available for pre-order only.

Do I order and pay?

Yes, you order and pay just as you would normally. 
Please note, by placing the Pre-order you agree that you are aware we are not shipping the product immediately.

What happens after I ordered?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and the expected shipping date. Please note that this is still an indication and can vary.

Can I subscribe while the product is on pre-order?

Yes

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped, either through your customer account or by emailing us at hello@salty.health. You’ll get a full refund with no questions asked.

When will products be shipped?

We expect to start shipping mid January 2026.

What happens after my pre-order is shipped?

You will be informed once your pre-order has been shipped. From then on the standard process starts. 

What if I don't like the product?

If you’re not happy with your product, you still have the right to return it under the usual conditions. Please have a look at our return policy for all details. But in short, once the product is shipped, you have the usual return rights.

Will I be informed about delivery timelines?

Yes, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. You’ll receive notifications about estimated delivery times and shipping progress. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

What if you can’t deliver my pre-order?

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to deliver your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

I’ve moved—can I update my shipping address?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can try to update your shipping address. Just contact us at hello@salty.health with your new details and we will do our best.
